The world does not need more lukewarm Christians hiding their faith.

It needs Christians who are unashamed of truth.

Boldness is not arrogance.

Boldness is standing for God even when the world pressures you not to.

ROMANS 1:16 NKJV
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ...”
A bold Christian does not hide truth to fit in with culture.

Stop Fearing People

Many Christians stay silent because they fear:

  • • rejection
  • • criticism
  • • losing friends
  • • being mocked
  • • offending people
PROVERBS 29:25 NKJV
“The fear of man brings a snare...”

Fear traps many Christians into silence.

You cannot fully follow Christ while being controlled by the opinions of people.

Bold Christians Do Not Hide Hard Truth

A bold Christian must be willing to speak biblical truth even when the truth is unpopular, uncomfortable, and rejected by the majority.

This is where many people become weak and frail spiritually.

They want to be accepted more than they want to be faithful.

A weak Christian edits truth to avoid conflict. A bold Christian speaks truth with scripture, conviction, and love.

Some are afraid to say there is only one church, the church of Christ, and if you are not part of Christ’s one church you will not go to heaven.

The church of Christ is the only church going to heaven; however, not everyone in the church of Christ is going to heaven because not everyone is or will remain faithful until death.

EPHESIANS 4:4 NKJV
“There is one body...”
ROMANS 16:16 NKJV
“Greet one another with a holy kiss. The churches of Christ greet you.”

Some are afraid to say you must be baptized to be saved, in water, for the forgiveness of sins.

ACTS 2:38 NKJV
“Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins...”
1 PETER 3:21 NKJV
“There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism...”
Boldness is not avoiding the truth so people will like you. Boldness is obeying God enough to say what scripture says.

Stand For Truth

A bold Christian does not twist scripture to please society.

Truth remains truth even when culture hates it.

2 TIMOTHY 4:2 NKJV
“Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort...”
Real boldness means obeying God even when it is unpopular.

Boldness Requires Discipline

You cannot live boldly for God while constantly controlled by your flesh.

Weak discipline often creates weak conviction.

1 CORINTHIANS 9:27 NKJV
“But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection...”

Bold Christians pursue:

  • • self-control
  • • prayer
  • • scripture
  • • holiness
  • • spiritual strength
You cannot become spiritually bold while spiritually lazy.

Stop Trying To Blend In

Many Christians want Jesus without looking different from the world.

But followers of Christ were never called to blend in with sinful culture.

MATTHEW 5:14 NKJV
“You are the light of the world.”
Light does not blend into darkness.

Boldness Starts With Conviction

Many people fold under pressure because they do not truly stand on deep conviction.

When you truly believe God’s word, you stop apologizing for it.

A bold Christian loves God more than approval from people.

Final Charge

This world does not need more silent Christians.

It needs Christians with conviction.

Christians who stand for truth.

Christians who refuse lukewarm living.

Christians who are unashamed of Jesus Christ.

Stop blending in with darkness. Stand boldly for God.
